Local 250 December-Meeting Santa’s on the Job!
Special Holiday Edition!!!
Our December carpenters local meeting brought a great turnout and plenty of holiday spirit. Members listened to an informative presentation, took part in a fun lottery, and enjoyed receiving a variety of gifts from Santa Claus. Santa was not only amazed by the strength and unity of our Carpenters Union, but he was also thrilled to see delicious Polish pierogi and kolaczki being served-one of his favorites! It was a warm and festive way to wrap up the year, and we wanted to thank everyone who joined us. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for you all!

Winners of The 2025 George vest jr. - richard s. pepper scholarship
This scholarship provides financial support to college-bound children of local unions affiliated with the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council. Local 250 had a winner in 2023, 2022, 2018, two winners in 2017, and one in 2016. Application here. Application deadline June 30 2026.

What a fantastic day on the course! Our annual golf outing brought everyone together for some friendly competition, fresh air and lots of laughter, players showed great spirit, whether sinking long putts or just enjoying the sunshine.
Big congrats to this year’s winners and huge thanks to everyone who joined, help organize and made the day such a success. We’re already looking forward to next year’s outing!

March ‘25 Local Meeting
On March 10th, Local 250 held their local meeting. Chef Paul cooked an Irish meal in honor of St. Paddy’s day! Sous-Chef Ryan assisted with the brisket.
