Carpenters Local 250

A carpenters union dedicated to supporting the rights of our members. Local 250 is part of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council. Established on October 8th, 1892, we were incorporated in Illinois. On October 31st, 2018, the former Local 1307 and Local 2087 were combined into a new and larger Local 250. In January 2019, we opened our doors at our new location.

Our carpenters are highly skilled with extensive training and education. Our Local maintains a commitment to provide the best carpenters to fit the needs of contractors by encouraging training and development through our Apprentice and Journeyman classes.
